Probably as a result of a quarter-life crisis, I decided to quit my job, quit London, and go for an indefinite bike ride about the world. Consequently I have pedalled from London to Australia and have spent a year living in Chengdu, China.

I have no idea where or when this bike trip will end and have grown to love the lifestyle of destination-less and self-sufficient bicycle travel. Hopefully by the end of this trip – wherever and whenever that may be – I’ll have seen enough of the world to have an idea of what I want to do in it next.

I may eventually cycle around the world. I may not. Either way, I hope you enjoy my stories and thoughts on what happens when you strap everything you own onto a bicycle and go for an adventure.
