I can’t say much for the 5 days I spent in Cappadocia/Tatooine. Most of them were spent doing life admin, fixing my bike, and wandering the various moon-like valleys of the area. Tip: if you don’t like mass tourism, save yourself the entry fee of the open air museum and just wonder around the near-empty valleys that surround Goreme. What the churches and caves here lack in grandeur is made up for by having the entire place to yourself.
